Tamsen R. Reinheimer, Attorney at Law
Ms. Reinheimer has substantial experience in all aspects of estate planning, probate administration, and trust settlements and has assisted hundreds of clients with their specific estate planning, probate, and trust settlement needs. Ms. Reinheimer is highly skilled at drafting documents and excels at effectively coordinating with clients, beneficiaries, the courts, and other professionals in order to bring closure to probate cases and trust settlements. Ms. Reinheimer is a regular contributor to Riverside County’s “Valley News” and frequently speaks at industry events including the National Business Legal Seminars, “Bridging the Gap” for new attorneys, and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society’s “Caregiver Legal Education Day”.
Ms. Reinheimer is admitted to practice law in all California courts and in the U.S. District Court, Central District. She received her Juris Doctorate from Whittier Law School in Costa Mesa, California and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of California at Santa Barbara, Santa Barbara, California. Ms. Reinheimer is a member of numerous professional organizations including; the American Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Orange County Women Lawyers Association, and the Hispanic Bar Association of Orange County. James D. Mortensen, Attorney at Law
Mr. Mortensen is an expert in bankruptcy law, contract law, wills and trusts, and property law. He is certified by Brain Bench as a Master of Financial Concepts, Financial Industry Knowledge, and Consumer Finance. Prior to entering private practice in California, Mr. Mortensen was a licensed securities principal and an insurance broker in Utah and Colorado.
Mr. Mortensen is admitted to practice law in all California courts, the U.S. District Court, Northern District, the U.S. District Court, Eastern District, the U.S. District Court, Central District, the U.S. District Court, Southern District, and the U.S. Tax Court. He received his Juris Doctorate (Summa Cum Laude) from Whittier Law School in Costa Mesa, California and his Master of Laws in Taxation from Chapman School of Law in Orange, California. Additionally, Mr. Mortensen graduated with honors from Utah State University with a Bachelor of Science degree.
Mr. Mortensen is a member of numerous professional organizations including; the American Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association, and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. He is also a licensed California Real Estate Broker. Mr. Mortensen is a co-founder of the professional law corporation of MORTENSEN & REINHEIMER, PC.
Paul P. Lin, Attorney at Law, Of Counsel
Dr. Lin served as a medical doctor for twenty years before deciding to pursue a legal career. Because of his expertise in medicine Dr. Lin is able to offer unique counsel to clients and families dealing with incapacity, that are ill or facing difficult end-of-life decisions. Additionally, Dr. Lin speaks Mandarin Chinese and Taiwanese. His education and American nationality along with his ethnic ties to his birthplace aid Dr. Lin in overcoming language and cultural obstacles frequently encountered by Chinese-Americans.
Dr. Lin is admitted to practice law in all California courts and in the U.S. District Court, Central District. He received his Juris Doctorate (Cum Laude) from Whittier Law School in Costa Mesa, California and his Medical Doctorate from the School of Medicine at Washington University.
Additionally, Dr. Lin graduated with honors from Stanford University with a Bachelor of Science degree.
Dr. Lin is a member of the American Society of Internal Medicine and the Orange County Bar Association. He is also a licensed by the Medical Board of California as a Physician and Surgeon.
Brian O'Connor
Brian O’Connor received a B.A. from Stonehill College in 1997. In 2004, Brian graduated with a Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School, Summa Cum Laude. While at Whittier, Brian served as Chairman of the Academic Standards Student Committee. Brian received CALI: Excellence for the Future Awards in Wills and Trusts, Corporations, Family Law, Contracts, Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, and Legal Skills.
Brian completed his law school education while employed as a municipal police officer. Brian has over nineteen years of municipal law enforcement experience. During his law enforcement career, Brian has served as a patrol officer, a field supervisor, and an investigator for numerous complex personnel matters.
Brian is admitted to practice law in all California courts.
W. Robert Price, President
Prior to entering into private practice, Mr. Price spent twenty years in a number of underwriting and management roles in the financial services industry.
Mr. Price is admitted to practice law in all California courts and in the U.S. District Court, Central District. He received his Juris Doctorate from Whittier Law School in Costa Mesa, California and has a Masters in Business Administration from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. Additionally, Mr. Price graduated from Hiram College in Hiram, Ohio with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Mr. Price is also a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter and has earned the Associate in Commercial Underwriting and the Associate in Risk Management insurance designations.
Mr. Price is a member of several professional organizations including; the Society of C.P.C.U., the American Bar Association, and the Orange County Bar Association. He is also licensed in California as an Accident & Health Agent, as a Fire & Casualty Broker-Agent, and as Life Agent.
